The conference accommodation at St Anne’s College is now available for booking by all those attending the conference.  This is available on a first come, first served basis.

The conference rate for a single-bed room with a private bathroom, including a ‘full English’ breakfast, is £75 (British pounds sterling) per night – so a total of £225 for the three nights (28th, 29th and 30th). Accommodation should be booked directly with St Anne’s College. The booking link is:

You will need to enter the promotional code RAI24210  (3 letters, 5 numbers). We regret that American Express is not accepted.

Please note: This accommodation website is not particularly user-friendly.  What you have to do is enter the promotional code, then on the month/date box once you have selected September, click once only on your arrival date. Then only click again on the date you want to leave. Unlike on many hotel booking websites, do not click on the dates in between. Then click the ‘check availability’ tab below it and this should bring up a room for you to book. If you have a problem trying to make your booking, please contact St Anne’s directly in the first instance.

If you have any queries please e-mail Tessa Roynon:  tessa.roynon@ell.ox.ac.uk
